Shooting is
a way to
score. Usually, the
beginner in
a shooting basketball
would be to throw the
ball the
way home (which
is an
important entry). Guidelines in
conducting shooting in basketball is BBEF (B = Beef, B = Balance, E = Eyebow, F= Follow Trough).
Beef is our view at the time of shooting. The view must be straight to the ring. Balance is keeping of the body when we do the shooting. Feet shoulder-width opening. Eyebow is a form of the elbows at 90 degrees when going on a shooting. Follow trough the movement continued after the shooting. Do not hold your forearm and upper after throwing the ball.

In
addition to the
above four
factors calmness,
confidence, and concentration are
also very necessary at
the time of shooting.
